Emily,
I am so proud of you........this is all good. Don't think that studying something you love will exhaust you. Well, it can, but in a different and good way, if you know what I mean. I don't remember many hard times going to school the second time because I wanted to be there. Bud was so supportive and that made all the difference. We had good kids to boot because of all the commitment that had already been given. So do you!
Not only will you like what you are studying, but you will love the atmosphere and discussions and the people you will meet. Methinks some prayers have been answered. There is something about having "your own." No need to explain. Won't you be theeeeeee most wonderful nurse that was ever made!!!!!!!!!!
And to Joe, thank you always for your support to and for Em. Anything you guys invest in each other will manifest in so many wonderful ways. I have seen you both "be there" for each other so many times. Nice work, dudes!
Your little kids are the true reflection of what goes on in your home and your lives.
PLUS, they always need nurses in Corning............oh heck, I thought that was worth a try. I know, I know........
Love to all of you. You have BOTH started on a journey. Joe, you may learn more about some procedure or other than you thought you may have wanted to know. This is so exciting. Remember Em, it won't all happen at once. If I truly think that it took me 7 summers and some nights during the school year.......well, I don't know if I could have kept up, but I had started and it felt so good. Those 7 years flew by and then I had a career for 24 years and am not done yet. I can just see the flowers unfolding....OK, that was hokey. Bye and love, Mom
